Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services of Your Best Yes Travel ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at www.yourbestyestravel.com. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Our Services
Your Best Yes Travel is an independent travel planning agency. We specialize in family travel planning for families with tweens and teens, and we research, recommend, and book travel on your behalf, including flights, hotels, vacation packages, cruises, tours, and other travel-related services.
Your Best Yes Travel is an independent contractor affiliated with OutsideAgents.com. Our services are subject to the terms of that affiliation.

2. Our Role as Your Travel Planner
We act as your travel advisor and booking agent. It is important that you understand the following:
• We do not own, operate, or control any airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, car rental company, or other travel supplier.
• We book travel on your behalf through established suppliers and reservation systems.
• Once a booking is made, your contract for travel services is between you and the supplier — not between you and Your Best Yes Travel.
• We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party travel supplier.

3. Planning Fees
Depending on the scope and complexity of your trip, a planning or consultation fee may apply. If a fee applies to your project, you will be informed of the amount before any work begins and before any bookings are made. No planning fees will be charged without your prior agreement.
Planning fees, where applicable, are separate from the cost of travel and are non-refundable once planning work has commenced.

4. Payments and Deposits
Payment terms vary by supplier and trip type. In general:
• Deposits are required at the time of booking to secure reservations. Deposit amounts are set by the supplier, not by Your Best Yes Travel.
• Final payment deadlines are determined by the supplier. It is your responsibility to ensure payments are made on time. Late payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• All prices quoted are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed and deposit is received.
• Prices are typically quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation and change policies are set by individual travel suppliers — airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and others. These policies vary widely and are beyond our control.
• Cancellation fees, penalties, and refund eligibility are governed by each supplier's terms and conditions, which will be provided to you at the time of booking.
• Your Best Yes Travel will make every effort to assist you in the event of a cancellation or change, but we cannot guarantee refunds or waived fees on behalf of any supplier.
• Planning fees paid to Your Best Yes Travel are non-refundable once planning work has begun, regardless of whether your trip is cancelled.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance (see Section 6) to protect your investment in the event of cancellation.

6. Travel Insurance
Your Best Yes Travel strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, and evacuation.
Travel insurance is not required to book with us, but we encourage you to seriously consider it — especially for trips involving significant deposits, international travel, or non-refundable bookings. If you decline travel insurance, we may ask you to acknowledge that decision in writing.
We can provide information about travel insurance options. However, the decision to purchase insurance, and the selection of a policy, is entirely your responsibility.

7. Your Responsibilities
By booking travel through Your Best Yes Travel, you agree to the following:
• You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for your destination. Requirements vary by country and change frequently — please verify current requirements well in advance of travel.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all travelers, including legal names as they appear on passports or government-issued ID.
• You are responsible for arriving at airports, cruise terminals, and other departure points on time.
• You are responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations and notifying us promptly of any errors or discrepancies.
• You are responsible for understanding and complying with the entry requirements, health requirements, and local laws of your destination.

8. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that the information we provide — including pricing, itineraries, hotel descriptions, and supplier details — is accurate at the time it is presented. However:
• Prices, availability, and terms are subject to change by suppliers without notice.
• Photographs and descriptions of properties and destinations are provided for general reference and may not reflect exact conditions.
• Your Best Yes Travel is not liable for any inaccuracies in supplier-provided content.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Best Yes Travel shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense — including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss — arising from:
• The acts or omissions of any third-party travel supplier, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or transportation providers
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Your failure to obtain required travel documents, visas, or vaccinations
• Your failure to comply with supplier terms and conditions
• Any illness, injury, or loss experienced during travel

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the planning fees paid by you to Your Best Yes Travel, if any.

10. Force Majeure
Your Best Yes Travel is not responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or supplier failures.

11. Website Content and Accuracy
The content on www.yourbestyestravel.com is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep content current and accurate, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of any information on the site.
Nothing on our website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of pricing or availability. All travel is subject to confirmation and supplier availability.
